We have a dance teacher, marine veteran, Peace Corps volunteer, Scoop U graduate, professor, fine artist, journalist, college quarterback, Silicon Valley consultant, and lots—we mean lots—of nerds. We're hard to pin down, but we have at least one thing in common: passion for helping our clients succeed through marketing.
CEO, Founder of Modthink
Brent’s passion is for technology, entrepreneurship, and helping businesses grow through digital tools. Before founding Modthink, Brent worked as an architect, small business owner, and Silicon Valley-based tech consultant, learning firsthand about common business struggles and how to overcome them with technology.
After earning his MBA from the University of Arkansas, Brent worked as a digital marketer at Rockfish Interactive and, later, as employee #7 at Collective Bias. Brent launched Modthink in 2012, putting his decades of experience in technology, business ownership, and marketing to work helping organizations tell their stories in the digital age.
Vice President of Marketing
A consummate storyteller, Chris excels at transforming data and technical information into engaging copy, winsome stories, and content to grow a business. Chris first honed this skill set with seven years at retail solutions firm Field Agent. With over a decade of experience in the college classroom, Chris currently teaches a course in Digital Marketing at the University of Arkansas—sharing principles he puts to use every day for Modthink clients. Chris is a Marine veteran and holds a Ph.D. in leadership and organizational studies.
Client Services Director
As Modthink’s in-house agile expert, Kaitlin ensures client projects run smoothly. She is Modthink’s lead project coordinator, overseeing a team of project managers. Kaitlin spent six years as an English teacher and coach, experiences she now puts to good use for Modthink clients—keeping projects on-track, controlling for quality, communicating with clients, and ensuring stakeholders are well-served. She further sharpened her administrative capabilities by earning her Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration.
With concentrations in content strategy and video production, Trey is our resident “big picture” content guru. By helping to establish the overarching direction of a client’s content, Trey is instrumental in Modthink’s ability to produce the right content for the right audience at the right time.
Eduardo has years of experience in web design and development, with a strong focus on balancing the design and functionality of websites. He combines science and artistry to help companies build best-in-class websites that get traffic, generate leads, and win customers.
Jack makes businesses look good through high-quality, easily digestible graphics, a skill set he developed through his passion for cartography. Specializing in Adobe’s suite of graphic design tools, Jack collaborates with clients to ensure their content tells a remarkable visual story.
Digital Marketing Strategist
Cole’s knack is for getting your content found and expanding your digital authority to turn you into a thought leader. He will ensure every aspect of your digital presence is optimized for search engines. Cole is currently pursuing an MBA and has served in the U.S. Peace Corps.
